This gathering forms part of our beach series at Paal 69, a place that naturally lends itself to the kind of experience we believe in. Far removed from overproduced environments and instead rooted in a more honest and intimate atmosphere where the elements do most of the work, where the sound of the sea blends into the music and where the setting invites a different kind of connection between people, one that feels unforced and genuine. With its low-key character, creative energy, good food, open minded crowd and the raw beauty of the coastline, Paal 69 gives us the foundation to bring together like-minded individuals throughout the summer, creating days that are not defined by a single moment but remembered as a complete experience, where music, environment and people align in a way that stays with you long after the final track fades out. We have ordered for sunny beach weather but in case the weather gods are less in our favour; this event can be fully covered inside a festival tent.

There are certain artists in electronic music whose careers have been built slowly, patiently, and with an almost obsessive dedication to musical storytelling. Guy J stands as one of the clearest examples of that rare trajectory, having spent nearly two decades shaping the deeper edges of progressive house through a sound that is both timeless and constantly evolving, guided not by what works in the moment but by what resonates long after the night has ended. Through his influentual Lost & Found imprint he created a platform that became synonymous with quality and emotional depth, introducing a generation of artists and records that defined the modern progressive landscape. His Early Morning imprint is further revealing his ability to translate those same values into club and festival environments around the world, building experiences that reward patience and immersion rather than instant gratification, which is precisely why his extended sets have become so respected. Within that longer format he is able to guide a crowd through something far more meaningful than a sequence of tracks, constructing a journey that unfolds gradually, layer by layer, until the dancefloor becomes fully absorbed in a shared atmosphere that feels almost intangible.

Sharing the beach with him is Mariano Mellino, an artist often described as the next big name in progressive house, although that label no longer fully captures his reality. In many ways he has already moved beyond that stage, consistently drawing large audiences across continents and building his own movement through Audioholics, where his vision of the genre comes to life in a way that feels both powerful and deeply personal. His sound carries a distinctive intensity, balancing driving low-end energy with melodic structures and carefully crafted atmospheres, where tension is stretched and released with precision and where emotional elements are allowing his sets to move effortlessly between hypnotic grooves and moments of real impact. This is making Mariano one of the few artists capable of bridging the underground with a wider audience without losing the essence of what makes the music special.

Amsterdam based Vero will be warming up the beach. Vero has a big passion for melodic house, techno and indie dance music. From time to time she loves to take a side step to organic and downtempo. From the moment Vero first tuned into the radio, electronic music became the lifeblood coursing through her veins. Growing up around Haarlem, she found a deep connection in melodic house, a sound that united people. Today, melodic house and techno remain at the core of her sets, seamlessly blended with Indie, afro, breakbeat, and timeless classics. Always delving deep into music’s layers, Vero is driven by a passion she loves to share with anyone ready to listen.
